Provincial Patient Identification Policy

Carry BothDynaLIFEDx laboratories follow the provincial patient identification policy.

Please bring 2 pieces of government issued identification with you every time you visit the laboratory. Please see our notice to patients for more details.

Ideally, one piece of identification will be your personal healthcare card and the other piece of identification will include a picture of you. For more information on this and other provincial safety initiatives please see the AHS Safer Together brochure.

September 2014 Introducing the online interactive cumulative antibiogram tool! 

DynaLIFEDx AntibiogramDynaLIFEDx has developed a mobile friendly web app intended to be used as a local guide for best empiric antimicrobial therapeutic choice.  Simply navigate to http://abx.dynalifedx.com or click on the icon here using your mobile device and you will be able to access this valuable resource.

The 2013 and 2014 (Q1 and Q2) antibiograms are now available using the tool.
