DynaLIFEDx is one of the most highly accredited diagnostic laboratories in Canada. We continue to support local physicians in their research studies or those participating in clinical trials. Our Clinical Trial Services will assist you by arranging for laboratory services and customizing protocol specific set-up and costing. This includes:
Research coordinators and study participants are able to book appointments for collections at more than twenty five DynaLIFEDx Patient Care Centres in the Capital region. Appointments can be made by calling our Customer Care Centre at (780) 702-4486 or (877) 702-4486.
Our Patient Care Centre staff are experienced and have been trained to process clinical trial requests, such as:
- Central lab collection, processing and shipping (ambient or dry ice)
- ECG performance and/or interpretation
Participants in research studies can be assured that their identity will remain confidential. The use of initials and study ID numbers is standard practice for Clinical Trial Services at DynaLIFEDx. Clinical trial reports will display the protocol number, initials/subject ID number, visit information and fasting status.
Our laboratory is open twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Test results will be reported as soon as they have been validated, usually within twenty four hours. We will communicate any critical values to you by phone and fax.
