For Alberta Health Care requests, please indicate the ECG is to be interpreted by “DynaLIFEDx panel” on the requisition or mounted ECG tracing. If the section is left blank, our panel will read the ECG.
ECG tracings may be returned to a physician's office by writing "Patient to return ECG" on the requisition. ECG tracings may be forwarded to DynaLIFEDx panel for interpretation at:

If you identify another non-panel physician on the requisition to read the ECG, we will return the ECG to your office so that you may forward it to the physician of your choice.
