• Pick up specimen container and complete instructions from a Patient Care Centre or the Centralized Testing Laboratory. 
• Collect the well water specimen following the instructions.
• Take the specimen and completed requisition to a Patient Care Centre or the Centralized Testing Laboratory as soon as possible.
• Specimens received at the testing laboratory more than 48 hours after collection cannot be tested. Allow for transportation time.

Fee for testing is payable when the specimen is taken to a Patient Care Centre or the Centralized Testing Laboratory.

Cheques should be made payable to  DynaLIFE_Dx.

Testing requires 24 hour incubation.

Allow for transportation time when determining timeframe required for test result receipt.

Results can be mailed, faxed or picked up at  a Patient Care Centre or the Centralized Testing Laboratory.

Results will be sent according to the choice indicated on the requisition.
